Last September The
Crossroads of America Bigfoot Museum opened in Hastings, NE. Known
locally as ‘Bigfoot Lady’ museum curator and owner Harriett
McFeely, was driven by a lifelong fascination to open the doors on
the new museum for locals and tourists.
The museum features
an extensive collection of Sasquatch related exhibits including
photographs, skulls, found items and hand casts gifted by the host of
Animal Planets ‘Finding Bigfoot”
Prior to operating
the museum McFeely hosted annual conferences on the subject of
Bigfoot that attracted hundreds of attendees from around the globe.
Hastings is a small
city in Nebraska, prior to the museum’s opening it is arguably most
well known as the place where Kool-Aid was invented.
